K. Peterson, writing for The Free Times, says:

The best way to think about The Waymores is simply as the most accomplished singer-songwriter supergroup you’ve never heard of. And the reason you might not have heard of them is the three mainstays — Tom Kimmel, Sally Barris and Don Henry — have had most of their success as writers behind the curtain of some of country music’s biggest names, from Johnny Cash and Conway Twitty down to Keith Urban and Miranda Lambert. As a group, The Waymores throw their voices and songs together into an easygoing batch of Americana that showcases their first-rate tunes and humbly adept abilities as vocalists.”

Earl Turner will be performing beginning at 7 PM for open mic.
